Following the Emergency Orders (EO) from the Governor of Florida and the Miami-Dade County Mayor, the Miami-Dade TPO has taken the appropriate steps to ensure the safety of staff and the community through this unprecedented time. Given the risks posed by Coronavirus (COVID-19), the Miami-Dade TPO has implemented telework arrangements for staff and continues to actively serve the community by hosting public meetings in a virtual setting that complies with all active social distancing guidelines and EOs. The TPO’s mission, during this time, is to ensure that the transportation planning process continues uninterrupted in an open, transparent, and safe environment.
