SMART Congestion Management Dashboard

The SMART Congestion Management Dashboard (CMD) is a tool to track real-time mobility travel data in Miami-Dade County to advance and support the decision-making process for the SMART Plan. As the SMART Plan transitions from planning/environmental into design/construction phases, the collected data provides the foundation for analytical tools to evaluate the Plan. This web-based platform provides user-friendly congestion management information and reporting tools for the SMART Plan.
